Ingredients
6 leaves of gelatine
60 g sugar
250 ml prosecco
500 g mixed berries (red currants, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
250 ml custard (refrigerated)
Preparation
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooling time: 1 hour
Firstly, grease the dessert rings with sunflower oil. Now refrigerate the rings.
Soak the gelatine in cold water.
Now comes the good part: Heat the sugar in 50 ml of prosecco, and dissolve the drained gelatin in it. Then carefully stir the remaining prosecco into the gelatine mixture. Add some of the washed berries, keeping a small quantity of them for later. Refrigerate the prosecco-berry mixture. When the gelatine starts to set, it should be divided between the dessert rings, covered, and refrigerated. Cool stuff!
Finally, carefully remove the set jelly from the rings and put them on small plates. Serve the forest fruits jelly with the remaining washed berries and custard. Very berry!
