La dolce vita on your plate: In a light and fluffy tiramisu. Did you know that “Tirami su” is loosely translated as “pick me up”, “help me up”? The name really does say it all. One bite of this delectable Italian dessert will literally take you to seventh heaven.

Ingredients
6 egg yolks
125 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
500 g mascarpone
1 baked and cooled sponge
3 double espressos
4 cl Amaretto
4 cl coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
Cocoa powder for dusting
Berries for decorating
Method
Thorough preparation is half the job: Firstly, lightly grease the mousse rings with a neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil).
Then separate the eggs using the practical enzo. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, the core of the vanilla pod and salt in mariella using an electric whisk until light and fluffy. Finally, add the mascarpone.
Something round: Using a suitable cookie cutter, cut twelve circles out of the sponge. Then combine your espresso with the Amaretto and coffee liqueur and soak the bases.
And now it’s time to start constructing: Put two tablespoons of mascarpone cream into each of the mousse rings and place a tipsy sponge on top, then press down lightly. Repeat this once more. Now leave to set over night. The following day, turn out the set tiramisu from the dessert rings and dust with cocoa powder. Your dessert will have a delicious fruity aroma if you decorate it with a few fresh berries.
